International Option 6 Service (Verizon World Plan – formerly marketed as Verizon International Single Rate Plan)

General Description International Option 6 Service is an optional international calling plan offered to Residential Customers who are also presubscribed to one of the Company’s domestic calling plans. International Option 6 Service is available for international direct-dialed outbound calling from the United States.

Other Terms and Conditions

Taxes and Fees are in addition to the stated rates.

Service is offered subject to the availability of the necessary facilities, equipment and/or Customer information, including, but not limited to, billing systems and information required for billing. The Company may decline applications for service to or from a location where the necessary facilities, equipment and/or Customer information are not available.

Application of Rates and Charges

A Monthly Recurring Charge applies to a line subscribed to International Option 6 Service, which includes a block of either 300 or 500 minutes of international direct-dialed calling to the countries and localities specified in Table 1 below. Calls in excess of the monthly block of minutes, and all calls to countries or localities not specified in Table 1 are billed at the usage rates specified in Table 2 below. The rates in Table 2 apply during all time periods and all days of the week. Each call is measured and billed individually in one minute increments after an initial minimum call duration of one minute. Any partial minute is rounded up to a full minute. Fractional charges are rounded up to the next cent.

In addition to the Monthly Recurring Charge and Usage Rates, applicable charges for Service, Premium Termination Surcharges and International Operator Assisted Calling Usage Rates, will apply.

Monthly Recurring Charges

The Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) is billed each month in advance. The Customer who adds International Option 6 Service during a billing cycle will be billed a prorated MRC based on the number of days left in the billing cycle. If the Customer elects to cancel International Option 6 Service, the MRC for the last month will be prorated based on the date of disconnection.

Monthly Recurring Charge Discount

Residential Customers who are presubscribed to Plan K-Unlimited, Plan N-Unlimited or Plan O- Unlimited for outbound interexchange direct-dialed calling will receive a $4.99 discount off the International Option 6 Service MRC.

Premium Termination Surcharges

In addition to the International Option 6 Monthly Recurring Charge and applicable usage rates, Premium Termination Surcharges apply to direct-dialed calls to premium services in certain countries and localities.

Premium termination surcharges will not be charged for the first 300 or 500 minutes of use, depending on which plan the customer selects, for specific countries in Table 1. The localities for which Premium Termination surcharges apply for all calls, including in-plan calls are: Albania, Aruba, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire), Ecuador, El Salvador, Ghana, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Jamaica, Latvia, Lebanon, Macedonia, Montenegro, Pakistan, Philippines, Slovakia, St Vincent & Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks & Caicos, Zimbabwe, Argentina, Barbados, Bolivia, Croatia, Grenada, St. Lucia, Ukraine.
