FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE : February 21, 2014 CONTACT: Ingrid Reisman, Las Vegas Monorail Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer (702) 400-9885 Or Aleksandra Koryzno, R&R Partners (734) 476-0824 Las Vegas Monorail Launches New User-Friendly Website LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Monorail has launched an exciting new website at www.lvmonorail.com which offers a new interactive map, Monorail station guides and a comprehensive blog on all things Las Vegas. Created with user experience in mind, the new site greets customers with pictures of the Monorail from various locations on the Strip, showcasing the numerous possibilities of where the Monorail can take them. The redesign of the website also speaks to the convenience of the monorail and the ease of traveling the Las Vegas Strip. “We are thrilled to present this new digital image of our system, which more accurately represents our Company, the Monorail system and our customers’ experiences while riding the Las Vegas Monorail,” said Ingrid Reisman, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “In addition to improving the ticket purchasing process, we designed the site to interface with our various social media channels to engage in meaningful dialogue with our customers, rather than just feeding them information. We want to understand our system, our city and the Las Vegas experience from our customers’ eyes so we can continually enhance their experiences and give them more of the information they find useful.” The website is designed to assist visitors planning their Las Vegas trip and offers a variety of new features. In addition to significantly improving the ticket purchasing process to be able to quickly and conveniently buy tickets ranging from single ride up to seven day passes, visitors can explore blogs highlighting various restaurants, nightclubs, entertainment and attractions that can be found along the Monorail’s seven stop route, including the highly anticipated additions to the Las Vegas Strip: The Linq, the High Roller observation wheel, The Cromwell boutique hotel and SLS Las Vegas all opening within months of each other. These blogs will be updated monthly to provide riders with the most recent opportunities for their travels on the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail will also encourage guest bloggers to share their Vegas tips and experiences as well. The site features a responsive design, making it easy to use the site for information and ticket purchasing on virtually any device, so customers can reference the Vegas insider tips and even take advantage of web specials to purchase tickets even if they’ve already arrived in Las Vegas. As part of the initial launch, visitors are asked to explore the website and provide feedback at http://www.lvmonorail.com/contact-us/ in return for a special discount code on their next ticket purchase. Long term, visitors can sign up for the Monorail’s newsletter which includes Monorail news, exclusive discounts and insider tips about Las Vegas travel that will be pushed out throughout the year. ### Note to Editors: About The Las Vegas Monorail: The Las Vegas Monorail is an easy and convenient connection to the Las Vegas Strip, linking riders to the city’s world-class restaurants, shows, shops, clubs, hotels and casinos.
