We chose to dedicate the 2014 Match to Keith Robinson, to recognize his devotion to the craft and science of plowing. We applaud Keith as he celebrates 65 consecutive years of plowing at the IPM – a remarkable achievement! There are many exciting new features for this year’s IPM including Jennifer Jones, curling Gold Medalist at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, acting as our Parade Marshall and officially opening the Match on Tuesday. Also, the decorated Canadian singer Jason McCoy will be performing on Main Stage on Saturday afternoon. Other special entertainment during the Match includes: The Martels, The Ram Rodeo Tour, The Canadian Cowgirls, Team Farmall Square Dancing Tractors, Emily Flack and a long list of great local performers. Daily presentations will include talks by veterinarians and horse trainers and demonstrations on horseshoe techniques as well as saddle making and fitting.
