Communication skills - team work: I have worked in various types of teams from research teams to international conference organizing teams. I worked as a class consultant and senior thesis consultant in our university for 9 years. - mediating skills: I have been involved in the study of students in making research and presenting. For example running a 3 day workshop at Symposium ‘The contribution of young researchers to language literature and translation’, and my continued work on youth consultancy programmes under our students club ‘International Pen’. intercultural skills: I am experienced in participating in international conferences such as ‘ICBCB’ and ‘FLTAL’ in Almaty Astana and Tashkent. I am interacting and exchanging enough with the communities in foreign culture.

Job-related skills On 24 January 2019, we as Library Directorate of AlaToo International University organized a Meeting of University Library Representetives. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues of library interactions in the field of proffesional development, exchange of

resources, developement of joint projetcts. One of the programs we plan to perform at the our university library is to organize the Book Fair. In addition, we would like to renew the English and Turkish textbooks in our Language Institute with the books prepared in modern educational methods. Our Library serves our readers with electronic program. In the future, we would like to update this program and provide more systematic and appropriate service to our students and academic staff.
