REGISTRATION

All entries for the Gymnasiade 2020 - Schools Summer Games will need to be submitted by the legitimate School Sport Entity affiliated to the ISF through the ISF online registration system (ERAS). In case no legitimate School Sport Entity exists, registration by other legitimate sport bodies (NOCs, National Sport Federations, etc.) is possible upon approval of the ISF.

Registration PHASE 1 will open on 15 OCTOBER 2019, and will include:

• An intention to participate in the event • The sports in which the delegation will take part • A general estimation of the total amount of delegation members • The estimation of participating members of each delegation per sport

ACCOMODATION

TYPE: Hotels PARTICIPATION FEE: No participation fee will be charged by the LOC to official (not extra official) delegation members. ISF LEVY: 100€ per delegation member must be paid by all participating delegations.

FLIGHT FARE DISCOUNT

All official delegation participants have the right to an 80% flight fare discount on all international flights of Xiamen Airlines to and from Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport and Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Flight prices are based on the freight rates announced by Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd, i.e. the full economy class fare excluding taxes and fees and only during the event (17-24 October 2020) and for Xiamen Airlines.When the distance between Jinjiang and the capital of a participating country on another continent exceeds 5000 kilometres the delegation may extend its stay by arriving one day earlier (16th Ocotber 2020) or leaving one day later (25th October 2020).

The flight fare discount shall only be valid for full nominal entries received before January 1, 2020. The OC will offer International flights’ information of Xiamen Airlines to and from Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport and Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport during the EC meeting in November 2019.
