The only specimen, a male, was collected in the Stânca village (18/11/2014, N47.0698, E27.8038), Comarna commune, Iași county, at an altitude of 50 meters. Being a species of the EU FFH Directive, special protection and conservation measures are required, especially new investigations to determine the status and number of populations. Key words: Lepidoptera, Geometridae, Lignyoptera fumidaria, Romanian first record, EU FFH Directive species, conservation measures. Introduction (Ronkay et al., 2007). Among the types of habitats of community interest of which Lygnioptera Given the complex and preferred habitat, fumidaria was signaled, Petrányi (2014) states: Lignyoptera fumidaria could have been presumably 6190 - Rupicolous pannonic grasslands (Stipo- assumed to be found in Romanian fauna but, until Festucetalia pallentis), 6210 - Semi-natural dry now, it has never been reported. grasslands and scrubland facies on calcareous The first specimen collected in Romania comes substrates (Festuco-Brometalia) (*important from the Stânca village (N47.0698, E27.8038), Iasi orchid sites), 8210 - Calcareous rocky slopes with county, at the altitude of 50 m. A gyöngyösi Sár-hegy lepkefaunájának alapvetése (Lepidoptera) FAZEKAS Imre Komló ABSTRACT: (Butterfly fauna of Mt. Mátra III. - Standard work on the butterfly fauna of Sár hegy at Gyöngyös) - Author treats the butterfly fauna of Sár-hegy - which emerges in the southern foreground of Mt. Mátra, - and demonstrates the presence of 394 species out of which 21 species had been proved to be new in the area of Mt. Mátra. A Gyöngyös város felett fennsíkszerűen kimagasló Sár-hegyet (500 m) az OTVH 5/1975. szá mú határozatában természetvédelmi területté nyilvánította. A 196 ha-os vulkanikus eredetű hegy tömb geológiailag a Kékes különvált, déli irányba előretolódott része.
