Dear Friends & Colleagues -

On behalf of the JMMC family, thank you for supporting the 4th Annual Johnson Memorial Medical Golf Classic with the Medical Staff.

For over 100 years, Johnson Memorial Medical Center has provided state-of-the-art, quality care for our patients throughout Northern Connecticut and border towns of Massachusetts. Now, along with our partner, Saint Francis Care - one of the largest health care systems in Connecticut - we continue our strong tradition of providing the best care to the communities we serve. JMMC’s ongoing success is due, in great part, to the support of our medical staff, board members, employees, vendors, volunteers, the local community, and each of you.

Proceeds from last year’s tournament were combined with the funds raised at the Johnson Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Women’s Golf Tournament to purchase an FCR GO 2 PORTABLE X-RAY SYSTEM - 32KW. We are so thankful to have this leading-edge diagnostic equipment to provide care to members of our community.

We were also fortunate to be able to award nine scholarships to students in our catchment area pursuing a career in a health-related field.

Proceeds from this year’s event, featuring Jim Calhoun, NCAA National Champion Coach and Hall of Famer, will benefit patient-related equipment purchases for Johnson Memorial Hospital.

Please know that through the time-honored tradition of golf and camaraderie, your generosity continues to make a difference by positively impacting the lives of our families and friends in our community.

Our future is bright and we are truly grateful for your loyalty to Johnson Memorial Medical Center. Thank you for joining us today.
