Although employment matters are delegated to the University President, the Board has retained authority over contracts and instruments with an anticipated value reasonably expected to reach or exceed $5,000,000. Athletics has reached agreement for a renegotiated seven‐year contract with Dana Altman, head coach of men’s basketball, the aggregate value of which will exceed $5,000,000. Attached is a list of comparative salaries indicating Altman’s relative placement.
