Y16/0009/SH - Horton Priory Priory Lane Monks Horton Ashford Kent - Listed Building Consent for the demolition of an outbuilding, in connection with the erection of two barns and associated access (Y16/0008/SH). Y16/0179/SH - The Old Green Madeira Road Littlestone New Romney Kent - Erection of a two storey dwelling, with the first floor in the roofspace. Y16/0156/SH - St John’s Farmhouse Swanton Lane Swingfield Dover Kent - Erection of a replacement agricultural building. Y16/0180/SH - 20 Napier Gardens Hythe Kent CT21 6DD - Felling of an Ash tree situated within a conservation area. Y16/0175/SH - 6 Guildhall Street Folkestone Kent CT20 1DZ - Change of use from a cafe/restaurant (A3) to a mixed use of cafe/restaurant and hot food takeaway (A3/A5), together with the installation of a new shop front, external rear staircase and other external alterations.
