L 108/16 ES Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea 11.4.2014 REGLAMENTO DE EJECUCIÓN (UE) No 368/2014 DE LA COMISIÓN de 10 de abril de 2014 que modifica el Reglamento (CE) no 474/2006, por el que se establece la lista comunitaria de las compañías aéreas objeto de una prohibición de explotación en la Comunidad (Texto pertinente a efectos del EEE) LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA, Visto el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, Visto el Reglamento (CE) no 2111/2005 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 14 de diciembre de 2005, relativo al establecimiento de una lista comunitaria de las compañías aéreas sujetas a una prohibición de explotación en la Comu nidad y a la información que deben recibir los pasajeros aéreos sobre la identidad de la compañía operadora, y por el que se deroga el artículo 9 de la Directiva 2004/36/CE (1), y, en particular, su artículo 4, apartado 2 (2), Considerando lo siguiente: (1) El Reglamento (CE) no 474/2006 de la Comisión (3) estableció la lista comunitaria que, según lo previsto en el capítulo II del Reglamento (CE) no 2111/2005, recoge las compañías aéreas sujetas a una prohibición de explo tación en la Unión Europea. (2) En aplicación del artículo 4, apartado 3, del Reglamento (CE) no 2111/2005, algunos Estados miembros y la Agencia Europea de Seguridad Aérea (en lo sucesivo, la «EASA») pusieron en conocimiento de la Comisión una serie de datos que son pertinentes para la actualización de la lista comunitaria. También algunos terceros países comunicaron información pertinente. -
