(2) S.O. 481 (E), dated the 4th March, 2011, exempting the ‘Group’ exercising less than fifty percent of voting rights in other enterprise from the provisions of Section 5 of the Competition Act, 2002 for a period of five years.

(3) S.O. 482 (E), dated the 4th March, 2011, exempting an enterprise, whose control, shares, voting rights or assets are being acquired has assets of the value of not more than rupees 250 crores or turnover of not more than rupees 750 crores from the provisions of Section 5 of the Competition Act, 2002 for a period of five years.

(4) S.O. 1218 (E), dated the 27th May, 2011, publishing corrigendum to Notification No G.S.R. 482 (E), dated the 4th March, 2011. II. A copy (in English and Hindi) of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification No. G.S.R. 313 (E), dated the 23rd April, 2012, publishing the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms (Amendment) Rules, 2012, under sub-section (3) of Section 642 of the Companies Act, 1956. III. A copy (in English and Hindi) of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification F. No. 1- CA(7)/145/2012, dated the 1st August, 2012, publishing the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, under Section 30B of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.

(2) G.S.R. 269 (E), dated the 30th March, 2012, publishing the Energy Conservation (Energy Consumption Norms and Standards for Designated Consumers, Form, Time within which, and Manner of Preparation and Implementation of Scheme, Procedure for Issue of Energy Savings Certificate and Value of Per Metric Ton of Oil Equivalent of Energy Consumed) Rules, 2012.
