Down Payment (DP) is non-refundable. 2. Tour price can be changed base on certain condition. 3. DP 50%/pax for departing 2 – 10 pax; DP 30%/pax for departing more than 10 pax for all destinations must be paid to Travellino. Full payment must be done 14 days before departure. Full payment required If registration made 30 days before departure. 4. Travelers must fulfil all required documents based on the schedule and regulation from the designated Embassy. If the visa rejected, visa fee still must be paid. If there are any expenses, such as, train cancellation, hotel cancellation, and or flight cancellation happened because of the late process of visa making, and any other tour expenses, all charged to travelers. 5. Travellino has rights to cancel traveler’s reservation if travelers is/are not pay the deposit yet based on the payment date/due date. 6. Before full payment, price can be changed based on current condition. 7. For travelers with age more than 70 years old, or having limitation body dysfunction or mental limitations, it is compulsory to be accompanied by family, friends, or relatives that will responsible during the tour. 8. In certain conditions, the tour will detour/change based on the current condition of each flight and hotel.     Healing through Art By Gabrielle McCombs Intro This project is by no means comprehensive. It would take thousands of pages and years of research to fully examine and write a piece that would do justice to even the most prominent memorials and community art projects throughout the world. Additionally, this piece focuses on a few memorials and community art projects but neglects other forms of artistic healing (i.e. art therapy, prosthetics, and more). However, I am interested in the opportunity that memorials provide for remembrance of loved ones. Especially in situations in which it is impossible to recover and identify individuals who have been lost. I am also interested in the collective healing that can occur through memorials and community art projects. The following pages will touch on The Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, Shoes on the Danube, the Freedom sculpture, Non-Violence (Knotted Gun), and Maya Lin’s Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Memorials Maya Lin’s Vietnam Veterans Memorial Since creating the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Maya Lin has designed the Civil Rights Memorial in Montgomery, Alabama and the Yale University Women’s Table created to honor the first female students admitted to Yale. However, The Vietnam Veterans Memorial was her first designed memorial and arguably launched her successful career. She created the memorial at 21 years old as a project for her funeral architecture seminar. Her professor urged her to enter her design into the national design competition for the construction of a Vietnam Memorial. Her anonymous entry was selected from the 1,400 submissions, including her professor’s submission, and became the Vietnam Veterans Memorial we know today.

By interpreting this term as both defense (defending and idealizing the past) and de-fence (taking down fences and opening narratives about the past), we develop ways to understand potential social functions of monuments. Through the specific examples of the Lee Monument in Richmond, Virginia and Shoes on the Danube Bank in Budapest, Hungary, we describe how the ideas of defense and de-fence function.
