SEVEN SEAS FOOD FESTIVAL RETURNS TO SEAWORLD SAN ANTONIO ON APRIL 20 55 unique eats and 50 craft brews and wines offer a sea of flavors

SAN ANTONIO, TX (April 11, 2018) – SeaWorld San Antonio kicks off its fourth annual Seven Seas Food Festival on Friday, April 20. Guests can sip and savor 105 chef-created dishes, stellar wines, craft cocktails and beers from around the world as they stroll through the park each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April 20 through May 27, plus Memorial Day, Monday, May 28.

The Seven Seas Food Festival expands its selections of flavors, cuisines and cultures from around the world with a new location featuring Hawaiian dishes. Festival-goers also can sample tasty bites inspired by the great chefs of six maritime regions that include countries such as Italy, Greece, France, Mexico, Jamaica, Japan, Brazil and Spain.

“The Seven Seas Food Festival has attracted a tremendous following because of great food served in a great atmosphere,” said Vice President of Culinary Genaro Castro. “Our culinary team led by our executive chef, Scott Ronczkowski, goes all out so our guests can sample incredible international cuisine in a casual atmosphere, while also enjoying a fun day filled with shows and thrills.”

New this year is a Chef’s Tasting Tour where guests can enjoy the Seven Seas Food Festival like never before on a guided tour through Spain, Hawaii, Italy and France. The tour includes tasty samples and a beverage from Spain, Hawaii and Italy, as well as a dessert from France and a Seven Seas souvenir cup.

The festival is included with any SeaWorld Pass or park admission. Guests can make their tasting adventure a breeze when they purchase a Seven Seas Sampling Lanyard starting at $45. With a 10- or 15- item Sampling Lanyard, they can choose an assortment of flavors from the festival’s extensive food, beer and wine line up to fill their day.
