Howard County Arts Council • Spring 2013 ARTsites2013 Following the overwhelming success of our first countywide venture into public art, the Arts Council is artists pleased to announce a second outdoor art exhibit, ARTsites 2013. In an effort to continue to engage the community and enhance public spaces through art, ARTsites 2013 will place 12 sculptures at locations BLOCK throughout Howard County. The sculptures will be installed in April 2013 and remain in place for one u HCAC exhibit year, creating visual anchor points and increasing community accessibility to the arts.
