The festival is organized by the Guru Gopinath Natanagramam, a cultural institution functioning under the Department of Culture, Kerala and established as a centre for learning, training and research in various Indian dance forms. It has been taking initiatives in particular to provide training and promote the Kerala Natanam style of dancing developed by Dr. Guru Gopinath. The festival is a 6-day affair staged at the Chilamboli Nrithamandapam within the premises of Natanagramam at Vattiyoorkavu. National About 1500 RELEVANCE- NO. OF PEOPLE (Local / National / International) PARTICIPATED EVENTS/PROGRAMS DESCRIPTION (How festival is celebrated) The festival features traditional dance forms from Odisha, Manipur, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Mohiniyattom Kerala. An array of dance forms from Mohiniyattom and Bharatnatyam Bharatnatyam to Goti Pua, Manipuri, Kuchipudi, Goti Pua Yakshagana and Kathakali are presented. The previous Kuchipudi editions of the event were graced by artists such as Yakshagana Kalamandalam Satyabhama, Sinam Basu Singh, Kathakali Vasanth Kiran and troupes like Sri Idagunji Workshop Mahaganapathi Yakshagana Mandali and the Konark Natyamandapam..
