Interlachen Country Club (ICC) is accepting resumes for the position of summer intern(s). Established in 1909, ICC is recognized among the preeminent private, family country clubs in the nation. The club’s course, most recently ranked #58 on ’s List of Top 100 Courses in America, was the home of the 1930 U.S. Open where won the third leg of his . ICC has a very active membership which keeps the day-to-day operation of maintaining the golf course fun and exciting.

ICC has a tradition of excellence not only within our club history, but also with our team members. Interns are held to high standards and will be a vital part of the management team. Our goal is to advance the intern in their professional and personal career. Each intern will work with the Assistants and Head Superintendent to work towards their goals and objectives while being involved with nearly all facets of Golf Course Maintenance and Management.

The current management staff consists of 2 Assistant Superintendents and 2 (of 3) Assistant-in-Training’s that are past ICC Interns. This speaks to our open, collaborative, and positive work environment.

Educational Requirements: Currently pursuing a 2–4 year degree, certificate in turf management, or a related program. Also, we are willing to hire and train individuals with no formal education that exude great interest in golf course maintenance and management.

Experience Requirements: Encourage all individuals to apply because their goals, objectives, and responsibilities will be based on experience and aspirations.

Date Job is Available: Applications and interviews can begin immediately with a potential start date in March.

Salary: $14/hr + OT and bonus program up to $0.50/hr upon successful completion.
