Webb, sec. and form part of No. 6 Military District. The Lunatic Asylum for the counties of Leicester and Head Quarters, York. Rutland, in the parish of N arborough, five miles from Leicester is the depot of Regimental district No. 17, the Leicester, was built in 1904-7, of red brick with stone Leicestershire Regiment, which comprises the 1st & 2nd dressings, from plans by Messrs.
