Version 1.3353.00031.003 April 2017 Changes since Last Version New Features • NA Bug fixes • Resolved issue of general instability of the Mercury device when front of room display was rebooted Issues • All remain from prior version, see below

Version 1.3353.00023.001 April 2017 Changes since Last Version New Features • NA initial release Bug fixes • NA initial release Known Issues • Using custom background images larger than 1920x1080 may result in background images not displaying correctly. Since the background of Mercury is only 1080p, there is no reason to include any larger resolutions as your sources • When using the USB connection, the call timer at the top will progress for the length of time that the USB is plugged into your device. The reason for this is that the Mercury device does not monitor the computer programs for calls in progress. • When using Skype for Business on your PC and using the USB connection, please monitor the Skype for Business or other application to confirm your connection to the Mercury base station. Under Skype for Business you will look under devices to see what the application is using as its output/input. • Switching the CEC settings in the web menu’s for CEC, will not send the CEC code to the tv. Codes will only be sent during use. • There is no user notification that the HDMI cable to the display is plugged in or unplugged. This is in the web UI of either the device or cloud management. • The mercury call timer does not extend past an hour. This might show a difference on your Bluetooth device and your call notification on the top of the mercury ui screen. This does not affect reporting, but is just a 7 inch screen timer. • The Mercury UI will restart when the HDMI output receives a new resolution from the Web UI. • On some conferencing applications such as Webex or GotoMeeting, the mute from Mercury may not translate to the application running on the PC. Mute on Mercury will always reflect as to the microphone state on Mercury, but may not reflect within the PC application. When muting or unmuting, please make sure that when using a PC application that the application itself reflects the mute state desired if having issues. • When launching AirMedia on your PC, you may be asked for .NET 4.5.2 Framework to install. This is based on a Jan 12, 2016 Microsoft article found here. The KB update can be found here. • Scheduling through Fusion may break if the Fusion Room name is changed after the Symbol discovery process within Fusion. This will create a Fusion Symbol Room name mismatch. • AirMedia utility when used on a Mac may notify that “SoundFlower” is not installed. Soundflower is a free Mac utility which passes audio. This is required for AirMedia on Mac. • When using USB and connected on Skype, if the Mercury unit receives a call from SIP a call notification is shown on the 7 inch screen. If choosing End+Answer, your Skype call will not end, but will be put on hold. This is because the USB will not disconnect your call, but will disconnect from the PC changing the audio options on Skype which will put the call on hold. • The join button on Mercury is populated when there is Regex enabled in the Web UI. In the event that the Regex string did not pull a phone number from the meeting invite, the Join button may appear greyed out. • The USB connection of Mercury will only indicate if it is connected to a device or not. This does not reflect call status. The green bar saying return to call might be misleading, when using USB, but this does not refer to the call on your PC application. • Please only connect one Bluetooth device at a time. Attempting to connect multiple devices at the same time may result in unexpected behavior from the Mercury device. • If the Mercury unit goes to standby while presenting with AirMedia, the user will be required to resend their image from the device using Airmedia. Automatic sending will not occur after waking the unit up. • When using Windows 10 and plugging in an HDMI cable. The Audio selection for Mercury will be Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron Speaker Phone). Please choose the appropriate device when presenting HDMI. • When using Mercury for the first time on a PC, you may have to choose the camera within your application. On Skype for Business this is under the Video Properties and if using the included camera, it will be the Logitech C930 selection. The Mercury unit will be sending the camera, but until the software chooses this device, it is not the default within your operating system. • When using GotoMeeting on a Mac, the test speaker sound may not play through Mercury speakers. This happens on other devices as well, but when setup properly, the Mercury device works just fine with this application. • Broadcasting Mercury’s Bluetooth when using IOS 10 or higher has been seen to sometimes require the Bluetooth radio on the IOS device to be turned off and turned back on again to be properly seen. This happens rarely, but should be noted when deploying units in an IOS environment. This does not happen on Android units. • When using a Bluetooth device, muting on an application may not send that mute status to the Mercury unit. It should be noted that muting can happen at the Mercury unit, but when unmuting make sure both the application and the Mercury unit are both unmuted. • When enabling the Broadcast messages in the web pages, these broadcasts are not seen right away unless sent by Fusion.
