PRIF is a multi-development partner coordination, research and technical assistance facility that supports infrastructure development in the Pacific. PRIF member agencies include the Asian Development Bank, Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, European Investment Bank, European Union, Japan International Cooperation Agency, New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the World Bank. Endorsed by the Niue Cabinet in September 2017, this Strategy brings together the Niue National Transport Strategy for 2017 to 2026 and a short term Action Plan. This combination was chosen to provide an overall context for the stakeholders interested in investing in the country in the near future as well as clear indications of the investment priorities in transport.
