This research indicates that besides interacting and experiencing various disorders in social intersection aspects with family and society, healthy, education and work aspects, actually the LGBT’s community also has adaptation ability even utilizing to increase their well-being. Base on that, should be made social protection efforts through various activities of capacity building and social advocacy for LGBT’s community in facing their vulnerability. Key words: vulnerability life, LGBT community, well-being, social advocacy ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Introduction Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender or as we known with the acronym LGBT is not new in the history of human development. This term is used since the 1990s replaced the phrase "gay community" since it is more representative for groups of diverse sexual orientation. Lesbian is a sexual orientation towards same-sex (women), gay or homosexual is a sexual orientation to love same-sex (male). Bisexual, sexual orientation could be both to women, and men, as well as transgender, someone who wants to change its physical form, at birth, such as men want to be a woman or vice versa. -

PROGRESS REPORT AUCKLAND ZOO Strengthening a consensus for protection of Sumatran tiger in Bengkulu area of Kerinci Seblat National Park, Sumatra Lingkar Institute JULY - DECEMBER 2019 1 SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES AND RESULTS This project was done to strengthen Sumatran tiger conservation through practical collaboration between government, religious leaders and local communities at the edge of the forest by building awareness using Islamic perspectives and values. In addition, this project also encourages local government policies to strengthen conservation works by adopting conservation education into the curriculum for junior high school students and the formation of a Human- Wildlife Conflict Mitigation Task Force. During the 6-month period of the project, much progress has been made in collaboration with the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) which actively promoted the Fatwa on Prohibition of Hunting and Trafficking of Protected Animals to local communities in the area of the project. Has visited 3 junior high schools to try out the conservation education syllabus that has been prepared in the project during the previous project period. The teachers and the Department of Education responded very enthusiastically to the plan for adoption of conservation education as one of the subjects to be formally deployed in junior high schools considering that geographically, 70% of Lebong Regency's territory is a forest area. In the field, by utilizing the information network from the local community, the Lingkar Team has carried out eight SMART Patrols with a total distance of 310 Km and has found and cleaned 9 inactive prey. In addition, the information was also used for investigative purposes. -

This new species was previously confused with M. achatina, a Javan endemic. This new species is diagnosable from its congeners by possessing a medium size (SVL in adult males 18.20–21.32 mm, in adult females 20.37–25.51 mm), a stout body, a nostril– eyelid length being about half of the snout length, having a single outer palmar tubercle, a tibiotarsal articulation reaching the center of the eye (when the hindlimbs are stretched and adpressed to the body), having finger and toe tips dilated, having the dorsum with medial longitudinal grooves, and excibiting a very thin and short dark stripe on the temporal region above a wider cream stripe, extending from the postorbital area to insertion of forelimb. -

Meanwhile, the selection of respondents was carried out using Mosaic Virus the Snowball sampling method in several districts in Bengkulu Province. Data analysis was carried out to determine the Profit loss. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there were differences in the benefits of papaya calina which were attacked by the Yellow Virus Mosaic and those that were not attacked by the Yellow Virus Mosaic. Profit loss for a year is Rp 9,135,203,-. -

Arafat Hermana1 Abstract On the issue of the boundary dispute between North Bengkulu Regency of Lebong, caused by an Act of Establishment of each area and the expansion area of Lebong resulting in a boundary dispute this. Objective: (1) determine the cause of the dispute as the border between North Bengkulu Regency of Lebong, (2) can explain Barriers boundary dispute between Lebong. This type of research used in this study is normative, because the material covered prioritize a review of the terms of the legislation relating to the Settlement Boundary between Lebong regency in Bengkulu Utara Based on Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government (replaced by Law Number 23 Year 2014 on Regional Government). Research results show that 1) Cause Boundary disputes between Lebong regency in Bengkulu Utara, described: first, the Regional Establishment Act and second, Extension Lebong regency. 2). Barriers to Settlement of disputes boundary between North Bengkulu regency of Bengkulu Lebong is the Governor's letter No. 140/021 / A / B.1. The letter, declare that the governor of Bengkulu support Formation of the District Padang Bano. Project Information Project Title: STRENGTHENING THE MULTI-STAKEHOLDER CONSENSUS FOR PROTECTION OF SUMATRAN TIGER IN BENGKULU AREA OF KERINCI SEBLAT NATIONAL PARK, SUMATRA Grantee Organisation: LINGKAR INSTITUTE Location of project: Kerinci Seblat National Park and Surrounding areas in Lebong and North Bengkulu Districts of Bengkulu Province, Sumatra. Size of project area (if appropriate): No of tigers and / or Amur leopards in project area, giving evidence & source: Partners: This project will be carried out by LINGKAR INSTITUTE and partnered with institutions that have authority from the central level to the district level. the partner has been working with LINGKAR INSTITUTE permanently on projects in the previous year 1. The leaders and Executive of the Indonesia Islamic Scholars Council (MUI) Lebong and North Bengkulu district - will work with Lingkar Institute and lead socialisation of the Fatwa MUI No. 04/2014 which forbids the hunting of endangered wildlife to the community and village religious leaders in the project area; 2. Management Units (UPT) of the ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF)-KerinciSeblat National Park Authority and Bengkulu Unit for Conservation of Natural Resources (KSDA): these two agencies hold authority for management of forest and protected areas and wildlife conservation and will be key partners both for SMART patrols and community awareness meetings; 3. Lebong District Forestry Service, will join the project team for SMART patrols in watershed protection forests adjoining the national park; 4. Lingkar Institute holds anMoU with the national park authority and works with the Lebong Chapter of the Indonesia Muslim Leaders (MUI) under an MoU ratified in early 2017. -

This type of research is qualitative research, the sampling technique uses non- probability with the type of snowball. The primary data collection process was carried out through interviews related to tourism development strategies in Sumber Urip Village, Kecamatan Selupu Rejang, Rejang Lebong Regency. Technical analysis in this study was SWOT Analysis. The results of this study are the description of the results of the SWOT analysis and strategies that can be used to realize it as a tourist area in Sumber Urip Village, Kecamatan Selupu Rejang, Rejang Lebong Regency. -

Today, da'wah as a noble task in its implementation has not been managed professionally and measurable. On the other hand da'i has not been able to be a change agent as the ideals of Islam is rahmatan lil'âlamîn. Consequently the position of da'wah is less desirable because it has not been able to give a significant influence for the progress of the people. Therefore, comprehensive assessment and mapping of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of da'wah are required. This study offers the argument that a comprehensive mapping of the matter and then accompanied by professional planning and implementation of da'wah, professionally so the da'wah will be able to give influence and be a solution to various problems of people life in the current era of globalization.
