About YCAP

YCAP was launched by a group of young Canadian arbitration practitioners in 2004. The mission of YCAP is as follows:  to promote interest in and understanding of international arbitration, particularly in Canada, among young lawyers working in private practice and with corporations and government, as well as among other interested young professionals;  to provide professional development opportunities and a forum for the exchange of ideas for young lawyers and other young professionals with an interest in international arbitration; and  to provide professional networking opportunities for young lawyers and other young professionals with an interest in international arbitration.

Registration for the YCAP Luncheon Symposium

In order to register for the YCAP Luncheon Symposium, please complete and return the Registration Form on Page 3, together with the applicable fee. We encourage you to register early, as numbers are limited for this event.

For YCAP Members, please note that there is no registration fee or other charge for this event, as Ogilvy Renault LLP has kindly agreed to sponsor the luncheon for all YCAP Members currently in good standing.

For Non-Members, the registration fee for this Luncheon Symposium is CAD 60.00 for individuals and CAD 30.00 for students.

In order to encourage membership in YCAP, the registration fee for this YCAP Luncheon Symposium will be waived for all individuals and law firms who become members of YCAP by paying the annual membership fee: Individual Member – CAD 85.00; Individual Student Member – CAD 40.00; and Law Firm Member – CAD 500.00 (includes up to 8 Individual Members).
