PINK FLOYD: the Division Bell im Auftrag: medienAgentur Stefan Michel T 040-5149 1467 F 040-5149 1465 [email protected] PINK FLOYD: The Division Bell 20TH ANNIVERSARY BOX SET Erstmals im 5.1 Surround Sound Mix Blu-Ray-Disc mit neuem Clip zu Marooned von 2014 Doppel-Vinyl mit erstmalig ungekürzten Songs 7- und 12-Zoll Vinyl-Repliken VÖ: 27. Juni 2014 Zum 20. Im Track Keep Talking ist die elektronische Stimme des Physikers Stephen Hawking zu hören, der über die Wichtigkeit von Sprache und Kommunikation spricht. www.pinkfloyd.com THE DIVISION BELL – 20 TH ANNIVERSARY BOX SET: Tracklisting: 1) Cluster One 2) What Do You Want From Me 3) Poles Apart 4) Marooned 5) A Great day For Freedom 6) Wearing The Inside Out 7) Take It Back 8) Coming Back To Life 9) Keep Talking 10) Lost For Words 11) High Hopes Inhalt: Disc 1 – Doppel-LP Originalalbum, 2014 für die Vinyl-Edition auf Grundlage der Original-Analogbänder remastert. A guy brings out a wooden box and puts it down and throws 15 or 20 wine bottles into it throws them so hard they all shatter and then he sticks his head down into the box and does a head stand and he gets a guy to stand on his neck or the back of his head to shove his head down hard into the box and then he stands up and his head and his face are covered with blood and it wasn’t a trick he didn’t have a trick he just cut himself up all over his head. A couple being pulled along on a picnic blanket with food and a champagne bottle in a bucket, and she is drinking and drinking and drinking the champagne. Help and encouragement has come from many sources but we would particularly like to thank our sponsors and advertisers. Their kindness and generosity has allowed our costs to be covered and thus we are able again to make entry to all events FREE. We would like to encourage everyone attending to make donations at each event to help maintain our two beautiful Norman churches and to support the inspiring work of the Banbury Young Homelessness Project (BYHP). The programme summary for Shenfest 2019, complete with timing and location details, is on the back page of this brochure. The festival begins with an evening of jazz and swing from the Great Central Big Band, followed by more contemporary music in The Bell. Little Shenfest has a Narnia theme at lunchtime on Saturday and is followed by a talk in Alkerton church by Jacqui Furneaux about her extended trip through Asia and South America on a Royal Enfield Bullet motorbike. We are then very fortunate to have a quintet from the London Mozart Players as our main musical event on Saturday evening. In contrast, The Bell will then host The Popes until late into the evening. On Sunday afternoon the Sloggers again take on The Authors at the cricket ground in Wroxton.

  • Interview with LINCOLN MAYORGA Was Conducted by the Library of Congress on July 14, 2015
This interview with LINCOLN MAYORGA was conducted by the Library of Congress on July 14, 2015. Lincoln Mayorga LOC: In an online narrative you wrote about the creation of Sheffield Lab, you mention that “one afternoon in 1959” you and Doug Sax went to Electrovox studios. Had you done research and scoped out that facility prior to your visit? LM: I had been there before in 1955 with a singer for some demos so I was aware of the place. It looked like an old-time radio studio—which is what it was. Equipment from the 1930s and 40s. It had had the same ownership since 1931. We [LM and Doug Sax] had been speculating about what went on with tape recording. It occurred to us that if one went direct to disc we could bypass the negative qualities of tape. And that dawned on me one day when we were in the neighborhood. The studio had not changed in decades. We went in, they were not busy, they were delighted to to talk to us. We asked them if they would let us cut a demo disc but NOT the way they normally would, but record directly to their cutting system. Their equipment was amazingly well preserved, though antique. The microphones were RCA ribbon microphones, one-time broadcast standard. Their lathe was from the age of early talking pictures, around 1929. So, without much ado, we cut a disc. When we were done, I didn’t want to play it on their equipment. I thought their tone arm was too heavy and I didn’t want to do damage to the disc.

Catalogo: PINKFLOYD001JF “WISH YOU WERE HERE” RECORDING SESSIONS DAVID GILMOUR di Jill Furmanovsky Luogo: Abbey Road Studios, Londra. Data: 1975. “Shine on you crazy diamond” è dedicata a lui.” Edizione: Edizione 30. Qualità di stampa: stampa Fine Art digitale d’archivio su carta Hahnemuhle.

  • Trust Account Basics
TRUST ACCOUNT (Also known as an IOLTA account – Interest on Lawyer’s Trust Account) Is a trust account required for all attorneys in Arizona? No, not all attorneys will require the use of a trust account. Public, corporate and indigent representation agency attorneys are a few that do not require the use of a trust account. Also, attorneys who do not accept money that belongs in the trust account do not need one. Be sure to read Rules 42 E.R. 1.5 (fees), 1.15 (safekeeping property) and Rule 43, Ariz.R.Sup.Ct. I. How to determine whether your practice requires a trust account. 1. What does your fee agreement determine? As stated in Rule 42, E.R. 1.5, written agreements are required with every client. This should include the scope of representation and how much. Therefore, does your fee agreement say earned upon receipt or advanced fees and costs. 2. Do you hold money on behalf of a client (settlement, hold for division of property, etc)? 3. If you do not accept any money in advance for work, costs (filing fees, expert witnesses etc) or from third parties (settlements, etc) you may not need a trust account. Review the rules again to be sure that you do not require the use of a trust account. Also you may call ethics counsel at 602-340-7284. 4. If you accept money in advance for fees and costs, you will need a trust account. 5. If you answered yes to question 2, you will need a trust account.

  • Book Proposal 3
Rock and Roll has Tender Moments too... ! Photographs by Chalkie Davies 1973-1988 ! For as long as I can remember people have suggested that I write a book, citing both my exploits in Rock and Roll from 1973-1988 and my story telling abilities. After all, with my position as staff photographer on the NME and later The Face and Arena, I collected pop stars like others collected stamps, I was not happy until I had photographed everyone who interested me. However, given that the access I had to my friends and clients was often unlimited and 24/7 I did not feel it was fair to them that I should write it all down. I refused all offers. Then in 2010 I was approached by the National Museum of Wales, they wanted to put on a retrospective of my work, this gave me a special opportunity. In 1988 I gave up Rock and Roll, I no longer enjoyed the music and, quite simply, too many of my friends had died, I feared I might be next. So I put all of my negatives into storage at a friends Studio and decided that maybe 25 years later the images you see here might be of some cultural significance, that they might be seen as more than just pictures of Rock Stars, Pop Bands and Punks. That they even might be worthy of a Museum. So when the Museum approached me three years ago with the idea of a large six month Retrospective in 2015 I agreed, and thought of doing the usual thing and making a Catalogue.
