Name of work: Erection of 1(one) room (made with plywood) for central compilation of statutory reports and return including supplying chair and computer table on hire basis at Alipurduar University ground and erection of wall with G.C.I sheet (4’ thick) surrounding the motorcycle parking space (about 3500 nos. motorcycle) at Parade ground, Alipurduar for upcoming WBLA 2021 Election. Sealed quotation are hereby invited by the Assistant Engineer, P.W.D., Alipurduar Construction Sub-Division,. Intending participants will have to produce valid documents of Current Trade License, GSTIN, PAN card, P. Tax challan issue of “Quotation Documents” Self attested photocopy (s) of above documents must be accompanied with their prayer. Quotation Documents will be issued to the agencies on fulfillment of respective criterions. The rate should be quoted both in figures & words. Last date & time for receipt of application : 07.04.2021(Up to 12.05 PM) Last date & time for purchasing of quotation paper : 07.04.2021(Up to 01.30 PM) Last date & time of dropping of quotation paper in sealed cover : 07.04.2021(Up to 04.30 PM) Date & time for opening of quotation paper : 07.04.2021(At 04.45 PM) The sealed cover must be dropped in specified tender box kept in the office chamber of the Assistant Engineer, P.W.D., Alipurduar Construction Sub-Division. The quotationers must quoted the rate with his knowledge & belief after going through the item/ item of the work. The rate (S) must be quoted (as per supplied Annexure) both in figures & words in his own pad as per Annexure. Terms & Condition:- 1. The intending quotationers will have to quoted their rates in the specific schedule of items to be download from PWD website at free of cost. 2. The rate must be include all taxes & the cost of carriage & all other incidental charges and valid for 120 days. Subsequent claim of any kind or any other account will not be entertained. 3. The quotationers are required to quote their rates both in figure and work for each item of work. 4. Work must be completed within 2 (two) days from the date of issuing work order. 5. The undersigned is not bound to accept the quotation & may reject any or all quotations & without assigning any reason thereof. 6. Earnest Money: The amount of Earnest Money is @ 2% (Two percent) of their quoted rate/amount in the shape of Bank Draft/ Pay Order/ bankers Cheque (Only CTS enable Bank Draft/ Pay Order/ bankers Cheque are acceptable) drawn from any schedule Bank guaranteed by RBI in favour of the “Executive Engineer, PWD, Alipurduar Division” against the work. NO FIXED DIPOSIT WILL BE ALLOWED. 7. The quotationers must satisfy themselves and acquainted with nature of job by actual visit to the site locations and the areas before quoted rate in the quotations. 8. Quantity of times may vary as per requirement. 9. L-I bidder will have to execute necessary Formal agreement along with Form No.-2911(i)/ 2911(ii). 10. Erected structure is to be maintained up to 30 days. 11. All the materials, tools and plants will have to be arranged by the agency at their own cost. 12. Erected structure is to be removed from the occupied place and site to be cleared after obtaining necessary instruction from concern authorities.
