  • Germany - Your Business Partner
FOR BUSINESS EXECUTIVES VOL. XLV NO.: 10 October 2016 56 Pages ` 80 Germany - Your Business Partner "New Opportunities for START UP in MAKE IN INDIA " 2 OCTOBER 2016 From the President’s Desk he surgical action by Indian Army is the talk of town. India has asserted itself after a very long time. The entire country is rallying around the government and the Indian Army. Patriotism has finally re-emerged. War clouds are gathering and the hawksT and doves are seen on all channels and in homes taking polarised positions on ‘Is a war necessary or avoidable’. The doves argue that the cost of war is unaffordable to India and it will result in a serious economic loss that will set us back by several years. Some articles went on to profess that a war will make the capital markets tumbledown resulting in a great loss of capital. The hawks on the other hand profess that, national pride is far above these economic consideration. India has a much superior armed force which is bound to win the war and that we must stop the ongoing long war of attrition by waging an all out war. Then there is a lot of gossip on the social media which paints the grim picture of a nuclear war between India and Pakistan and aims to spread the fear of the results of the war. We are of the opinion that a study of the history of wars in the last 100 years will give us a fair ability to predict the consequences of future wars because even if technological changes may change the ways in which wars are fought, the reasons for waging the wars and the logic that drives nations to wage war as an instrument of furtherance of national interest together with its strategic, territorial, psychological, social and economic consequences remain same.

Our members who have invested & availed Govt initiative/policies by setting up or proposing to set up Hotels & Restaurants on Highways, have unfortunately become victims of the socio-public welfare judicial adventure. Your Association had made all efforts including representing to the State Government heads, personal meetings through our city chapters with the Chief Ministers & other Ministers and various other State Governments Senior officials in the Western region, as also engaging best Lawyers in our Country to represent our case in respect of the Supreme Court Liquor Ban on all Hotels and Restaurants within 500 mts. of the Highway to salvage the catastrophic situation arising out of the Supreme Court clarification. I am sure that you are aware, apart from the various other States in the country and various other Cities in Maharashtra few have got some relief. • PROBLEMS of TOURISM DEVELOPMENT in SINDHUDURG DISTRICT Dr. Ashish Naik Arts & Commerce College Phanasgaon, Tal. Devgad Dist
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH ISSN: 2277-7881; IMPACT FACTOR – 6.014; IC VALUE:5.16; ISI VALUE:2.286 VOLUME 8, ISSUE 8(6), AUGUST 2019 PROBLEMS OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN SINDHUDURG DISTRICT Dr. Ashish Naik Arts & Commerce College Phanasgaon, Tal. Devgad Dist. Sindhudurg ABSTRACT: Sindhudurg district has been announced as Tourism District by Central Government in 1997. Since then funds were made available by central and state Govt. for the development of tourism infrastructure but, the development was not at desired rate. The intention of research paper was to find out the reasons behind slow development of tourism in the district. The researcher has studied the unique features of Sindhudurg district as well as historical background of the district and status of tourism in Sindhudurg. The water sports like scuba diving and snorkeling has commercialised very fastly due to deep sea driving. Due to very high demand for seafood in domestic market and market at abroad, the mechanized fishing on large scale is conducted. The conservation of this natural resource is very important for the development of tourism in the district. The tourist industry in the district must have to be developed eco-friendly bases like South States. It requires code of conduct for the tourists. For the purpose there must have to be ban on plastic, prohibition on lequire drinking, protection of historical places, conservation of wild life and rare vegetation, conservation of local culture and conservation on sea world. There is lack of direction boards indicating tourist spots. The best infrastructure facilities are the backbone of the tourism industry.
