Residential Pricing Guide Effective from 7th April 2016 The Pricing Guide forms part of your Residential Subscription Television Agreement. Standard prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change. Foxtel and some services not available to all homes. Foxtel marks are used under licence by Foxtel Management Pty Ltd. We will advise you of this at time of order. 10 Quoted on an individual basis where install is more complex. 11 Customers will be advised at time of order if fee is applicable. 12 Owner Install Customers (who acquire a Foxtel Self Install Kit) must arrange and pay for their own installation and will be advised of any additional costs at time of order. 13 Late payment fee may be applied each month that your account is in arrears. Not subject to GST. 14 Maximum of $300 at start of Fixed Term and decreases by equal monthly instalments for each month that you remain on Fixed Term. 15 Internet enabled Foxtel iQ/iQ2/iQ3 boxes only. 16 If a customer on EasyPay/Direct Debit also elects to receive a paper statement. 17 Applies to all bills issued up to 6 May 2016. Account processing fees are charged in arrears and will appear on your subsequent bill. 18 Applies to all bills issued on or after 7 May 2016. Paper bill fees are charged at the time of issuing the bill and will appear on that bill. 19 Applies to all bills issued on or after 7 May 2016. Note: Email bills are not available until 7 May 2016. 20 Payment processing fees will come into effect from your first bill cycle date on or after 7 April 2016. Payment processing fees are charged in arrears and will appear on the bill following your payment. 21 Applies to all scheduled monthly payments set up by Direct Debit (EasyPay) 22 Credit card processing fee applies per payment for Visa credit/debit and prepaid, MasterCard credit/debit and prepaid, American Express and Diners Club 23 The Foxtel payment processing fee applies to payments made in person at any Australia Post Office or via other Post Billpay channels. 24 Presto requires an internet connection, data and a compatible device. Available to Foxtel Platinum customers until 31 January 2017 and only whilst they remain subscribed to Platinum. If you downgrade from Platinum or cancel your Foxtel subscription you will no longer receive access to Presto Entertainment as part of your Platinum subscription. Full list of compatible devices available at www.presto.com.au/devices. Recommended internet speeds apply. Internet connection with minimum speed of at least 3Mbps required to view Presto in standard definition. High definition is available on selected devices and is not available for all content. To view high definition content, requires internet connection of at least 5 Mbps. Presto is available over 3G/4G networks and WiFi on compatible devices. Video quality may vary according to connection type. Presto subscription is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. ISP and data charges apply.
