During the same period 1,854 homes were completed from schemes with 9 or less net additional homes. The ratio is 1,854/2,808= 66%. The Council therefore expects 800 out of the 1,212 (9 or less schemes) to be implemented between 1st April 2015 and 31st March 2020 at a rate of 160 homes a year contributing 640 net additional homes towards the Council’s five year supply of housing. These figures contribute to the ‘Other self-contained dwellings with permission at April 2015’ line in ‘ED2e - Appendix 5 List of allocated sites 2016-2017 to 2030-2031’ and to ‘Self-contained permissions’ line in ‘ED8a Housing Trajectory’.
