Please visit the counter when you arrive. Information counter hours are: Narita Airport 7 a.m.- 11 p.m. Haneda Airport 5 a.m.- 12 Midnight ○Airport Shuttle Bus and Taxi Service At the Annual Meetings Information Counter, you will be provided with a Limousine Bus voucher for transport from the airport to downtown Tokyo hotels. The voucher may be exchanged for a Limousine Bus ticket. If there is no direct Limousine Bus service to your hotel, please take a bus to the nearest hotel or the Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT). You will be provided with a taxi voucher at the Annual Meetings Information Counter for transport from the nearest hotel or T-CAT to your hotel (the taxi voucher will cover the cost up to 3,000 yen and participants need to pay the balance if any). Please note that Limousine Bus and taxi vouchers cannot be picked up when the above information counters are closed. Please show your Confirmation Letter at the Annual Meetings Information Counter to receive either Limousine Bus vouchers or taxi vouchers. Participants may use existing shuttle bus service from hotels by scheduling and paying for the shuttle bus through their hotel. Participants are requested to schedule their departure airport shuttle bus at the time of Hotel check-in so that bus operator can schedule additional buses if necessary during the peak departure period. Also, please note that taxi vouchers will not be provided on departure by Host Government. 7 Shuttle Bus Service between Official Hotels and Venues Shuttle buses will operate between Imperial Hotel and Official Hotels. All Official Hotels (except Imperial Hotel and Hotel Okura Tokyo) will be served by seven routes. Shuttle buses will operate from Monday, October 8 to Sunday, October 14. When boarding the shuttle bus, please show your ID badge or Confirmation Letter. Note: On Friday, early in the morning of October 12, the date of Plenary Session, shuttle buses will run from Official Hotels to Tokyo International Forum (TIF) first, and then go to Imperial Hotel. On the day of the Plenary Session, it is highly recommended that you take a shuttle bus arriving at TIF no later than 8:15 a.m. Participants arriving at the venue after that might be asked to view from an overflow room. From Hotel Okura Tokyo, Participants can take the inter-venue shuttle buses to go to Imperial Hotel (see p22). Only on October 12, shuttle buses will run from Hotel Okura Tokyo to TIF, and then go to Imperial Hotel (see p17). Since roads around the venues will be very congested during the Annual Meetings, please use the shuttle bus service wherever possible.
