Sales Specialist - Back Office (m/f/d)

Munich (Martinsried/Planegg) / Germany Full-time (40 h/week) or part-time (20 h/week)

We are a growing provider of bioanalytical instruments for the development of new drugs against cancer and other diseases. Our cutting-edge scientific instruments are used by customers in pharma, biotech, and academia.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to manage our sales back office. Based in our headquarters in Martinsried, you will be collaborating closely with our Technical Sales Team and Application Specialists in the field to organize and implement sales activities.

FUNCTIONS

• Support of sales team in day-to-day operations: preparation of quotes, confirmations, invoices; participation in tenders • Management of order, delivery, and payment processes; including documentation • Use and administration of ERP and CRM systems • Management of logistics, shipping, and customs • Optimization and development of sales-related processes • Support the sales team with inside sales-related activities such as prospecting and supporting the marketing Team with email campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS

• Degree in business administration or life sciences • Experience in sales, either in the back office or in the field • Good organizational and communication skills • Excellent command of English and German • Experience with ERP systems (myfactory, SAP, or similar) and CRM systems (vtiger, Salesforce, or similar) will be considered an advantage • Proficiency with MS Office
