ACTIVAGE Shropshire Portal

ACTIVAGE is a pilot scheme launched by Samsung and is being trialled in Shropshire to help older people have more control over their lives, manage any health conditions and remain socially involved in their local communities.

The ACTIVAGE Shropshire Portal supplies smart watches and phones to connect to the portal, enabling family, friends and carers to see that the participant is active or has had a fall. ACTIVAGE requires each participant to ask two contacts to sign up so that they can also take part in the project.

If the additional contacts use the equipment and fill in the questionnaire supplied before the 31st December 2020, they can keep the equipment for free after the trial.

ACTIVAGE is now looking for volunteers to take part in the pilot scheme. There is no cost to take part and you get to keep all the equipment when you complete the scheme.
