Memo for urgent posting shall not be moved before any individual Court by physical appearance. 2. In case of following newly filed cases, memo will not be entertained. Everyday minimum 10 old order/IAs matters shall be listed before each Court in every category wherever such matters are available. 4. No case will be entertained at the residence of the Hon’ble Judges without the specific order of Hon’ble the Chief Justice and in case Hon’ble the Chief Justice is not available, the next Senior most Judge available. 5. Unless ordered otherwise, all Single Judge / Division Bench part heard matters will remain with, and shall be disposed of, by the same Benches. 6. All Advocates shall strictly follow the Rules relating to wearing of masks and maintaining social distancing. 7. All the Benches will sit during normal Court working hours starting from 10.30 AM. They will take up the Judicial work as per the roster issued under the orders of Hon'ble The Chief Justice. However, the Court sessions shall be into following segments and the cases on all five lists will be serially numbered.
