The Hart Planning Website Hart Local Plan Strategy and Sites: 2016-2032 – Proposed Changes to the Adopted Policies Map Introduction This document should be read alongside the Hart Local Plan Strategy and Sites 2016-2032 ‘Proposed Submission Version’. It shows how the ‘adopted policies map’ would be amended by the Hart Local Plan: Strategy and Sites 2016-2032 upon adoption. The adopted policies map is the Proposals Map for the Hart District Local Plan (Replacement) 1996-2006 and the First Alterations to the Hart District Local Plan (Replacement) 1996-2006. This can be accessed as part of the Council’s on-line maps1. Index A on page 3 lists those policies in the Hart Local Plan Strategy and Sites 2016-2032 Proposed Submission Version that would result in a change to the adopted policies map, either by superseding policies shown on the adopted policies map, or by introducing new designations. Index B on page 10 lists a number of factual updates to settlement policy boundaries as a result of developments built or ‘committed’ since the boundaries on the adopted policies map were drawn. Minutes – under action 2 on the table list (17) St Michaels Close there is a typo ‘…permit application for the failing wall.21’There should be a full stop after ‘failing wall’ with 21 being a new line marking the completion of Ward Road. With those amendments, the minutes for the meeting of 24 February 2020 were approved. Action Table – those matters were addressed under Section 5 (status updates) and cross referenced with the meeting actions in October. (2) EA have held Initial Meeting. This Box formed causeway or road which had to be built across the part of the ‘GHQ-A’, a line of defences built by the boggy ground here.
