In the future, the Court may summarily deny or strike filings that do not comply with the requirements set forth in Court Orders. Second, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16, scheduling orders may be modified only for good cause, and only when the schedule "cannot 'be met despite the diligence of the party seeking the extension.' " Sosa v. Airprint Sys., Inc., 133 F.3d 1417, 1418 (11th Cir. 1998). Appellants' Motion does not set forth the correct standard for an extension of time.
