Meet NFL Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders at both the golf tournament and casino hanging out taking pictures signing1 autographs. Your Invited…to help a great cause and have a good time The 2017 Basin Bash Golf Tournament and Casino Night is chartered to provide scholarships, summer food programs and sports camps for children in the Permian Basin. This year’s tournament will be July 26th, 2017 at the Odessa Country Club.

The entry fee will be $700 per team. This includes.

• Green fees • Cart • memorabilia • Food and drinks on the course.

We will also provide brunch from 10 am to 12:30 pm. Tee off begins at 1:00 PM.

Your entry also gives you access to an exclusive night at the club to kick back, have a few drinks and get your Vegas on. Play some craps, Texas Hold’em, and more. Proceeds from both the tournament and casino night will benefit the charity. Tournament participants are free, non- participant cost is $100 per person.

Entry and payment method We must receive your entry with payment or payment information to secure your spot in the tournament. Do not delay in completing and paying for your entry even if you don’t have all the players on your team fully committed yet. This is a first-come, first-served event.

2 Meet Dallas Cowbows Hall of Fame Deion Sanders

PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME -CLASS of 2011- DEION SANDERS CORNERBACK

Deion Sanders is considered one of the most versatile in sporting history. Playing multiple positions in 2 major sports, Football and , Deion quickly had the nickname “PrimeTime” given to him for always excelling.

In the NFL, he played primarily at cornerback, but also occasionally as a wide receiver, kick returner, and returner. He played for the , the , the , the Washington Redskins, and the , winning the with both the 49ers and the Cowboys.

In baseball, he played for the , the , the , and the . He attended , where he excelled at both football, baseball, track and .

Deion has now heavily dedicated his life to helping kids. He established the TRUTH Youth Academic & Sports non-profit organization that helps get kids off the streets by bringing them to sports. Through his football summer camp to their baseball, football, soccer, cheerleading and track leagues the TRUTH has helped thousands of 21children in the Dallas area.

We have a number of sponsorship opportunities available. Each can be sponsored as an individual contribution or packaged together.

Individual Premium Sponsorships:

Signage Sponsor $10,000 Your organization will provide all signage for the tournament. Your name will be on every sign presented at the tourney

Hat Sponsor $10,000 Your organization’s logo will be embroidered on up to three sides of the API hat to be given away to each participant.

Towel Sponsor $10,000 Your organization’s logo will be embroidered on a premium golf towel to be given to each participant.

Flag Sponsor $5,000 Your organization will have your company flag on each hole of each course. Your company will receive special recognition during the tourney. (Two Flag Sponsors).

Driving Range $5,000 This sponsorship includes a banner on the practice tee Sponsor announcing your company’s sponsorship, recognition at the event, and usage of the practice tee for showcasing your company.

Golf Carts - Outside $5,000 Your organization’s logo will be attached to the front of Cart Sponsor all golf carts used in the tournament.

Golf Carts - Inside $5,000 Your organization’s logo will be attached to the Cart Sponsor cart player card on inside of all golf carts used in the tournament. You will receive one team with this sponsorship.

Golf Carts - Back of $5,000 Your organization’s logo will be attached to the cart Cart Sponsor player card on the back of all golf carts used in the tournament. You will receive one team with this sponsorship.

4 Premium Sponsor Level

One Premium sponsorship is available which includes all of the above sponsored items for a total of $55,000. This is a great opportunity to promote your company and show your support for a great cause.

Tee Box $1000 This sponsorship includes a single tee box sign 3 on each course.

Proposals for additional sponsorship opportunities are welcome. If you have a unique idea for showcasing your company while contributing to the scholarship fund, please contact us.

Also needed are ditty bag items, door prize items, etc. This event is an excellent opportunity for everyone involved in the industry to get together to celebrate and socialize.
