‘TAKE NOTICE that the undermentioned goods have been seized as forfeited to the Board on account of a contravention of the Customs and Excise Management Act, No. 55 of 1958, namely, that you attempted to export from Nigéria the goods by concealing them on your person, contraryto section 17 sub- section 1 (e) (ii) of the Exchange Controf Act, 1962.

2. If you claim or intend to claim that the goods are not liable to forfeiture you should within one culen- dar month from the date df this nonce give notice in writing of your claim or intended claim in accordance with the provision of paragraph 3 of the Fourth Schedule of the Customs and Excise Management Act, No. 55 of 1958, and in default of such notice the goods will be deemed to have been lawfully condemned and will be liable to -be disposed of inj such manner as the Board maydirect.
