The tender doctnnents shall consist of :- A. This notice inviting tender herein after will be refer to as the tender notice B. Printed WBCADC Form No.l03 herein after will be refer to as the printed tender form. C. Special terms and condition and special specification, technical information. D. Departmental Schedule. 5.
