Eligibility criteria for participation in the tender. 4.A.(D. Intending tenderers should produced credentials of a similar nature ofwork of the minimum value af 4$yo of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of the issue of the tender notice, or B. Intending renderers should produced of 2(Two) similar nature of work, each of the minimum value of 3Ao/o of the estimated anount put to tender during 5(five ) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or C. Indenting tenderes should produced credentials of one slngle running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more than value of which is not less thm the desired value at (i) above, incase of running works, only those tenderers who will submit the certificate of satisfactory runnii; work from the concern executive engineer, or equivalent competent authority will be eligible for the tender. In the required certificate it should be clearly stated that the work is in progress satisiactorily and also that no penal action has been initiated against the executed agency, i.e.- the tenderer. 4. The tender doctnnents shall consist of :- A. This notice inviting tender herein after will be refer to as the tender notice B. Printed WBCADC Form No.l03 herein after will be refer to as the printed tender form. C. Special terms and condition and special specification, technical information. D. Departmental Schedule. 5. Tender Documents can be had on application against payment of (i) Rs. 750-00 ( Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty ) only for cost of other tender document for each work and Rs. 50-00 (Rupees fifty) only for cost of Printed WBCADC Form No. 103 in Cash for each work (Non-Refundable) from the Office of the WBCADC Kalna-rl Project on production of attested Xerox copy of valid certificate of up to date clearance of professional tax, income pan tax, cmd, valid lsdigit tCsrnO orra", GST act 2017. Such CPCs will directly operate under the administrative control of the DC (F&S)s and overall supervision of the Director, DDP&S of Food and Supplies Department. The Governor is now pleased to decide that a total number of 350 (Three Hundred and Fifty) nd CPCs out of which 293 are 1st CPCs ,55 are 2 CPCs and 2 are additional CPCs,will be operationalised as shown in the table below. The registration of new farmers in 1st CPCs will commence from 1sI October 2020 and paddy purchase will commence from 1st November 2020. The registration of farmers nd as well as purchase of paddy in 2 CPCs and additional CPCs will commence from 1st December 2020 onwards. The Director of DDP&S and the DCF&S concerned will ensure that all the 1st CPCs are fully functional for undertaking procurement of paddy w.e.f. 1st November, 2020.     PURBA BARDHAMAN DISTRICT AT A GLANCE The name Burdwan is the anglicized form of Barddhaman. (also spelled as Burdwan or Burdhman) is a district in West Bengal. There are two schools of thoughts about the name Barddhaman. It might have been named after the 24th Jaina Tirthankar. According to Kalpasutra of the Jains, Mahavira spent sometime in Astikagram which was formerly known as Barddhaman. According to the second school, Barddhaman means prosperous growth centre. In the progress of Aryanisation from Upper Ganges valley, the frontier colony was called Barddhaman as a landmark of growth and prosperity. The name came to stay as the Aryans failed to consolidate their gains further east. District : Purba Bardhaman, State : West Bengal Social & Resource Map Showing River System of Purba Bardhaman District The main towns of the district is Burdwan, Kalna & Katwa Geography: Total Geographical Area: 5432.69 sq. km. The district extends from 22°56' to 23°53' N latitude and from 86°48' to 88°25' E longitudes. Lying within Burdwan Division, the district is bounded on the north by Birbhum and Murshidabad, on the east by Nadia, on the south by Hooghly, Bankura and Purulia and on the west by Paschim Bardhaman districts. RIVERS : The river system in Purba Barddhaman includes the Bhagirathi-Hooghly in the east, the Ajoy and its tributaries in the north and the Dwarakeswar, the Damodar and its branches in the south-west.
