I give notice that EnergieKontor UK LTD, is applying to East Lindsey District Council, for Planning Permission - Erection of 7no. wind turbines (each with a maximum blade tip of up to 115 metres and a hub height of up to 70 metres) and associated infrastructure including hard-standings, an electricity substation, provision of temporary site construction compounds enclosed by fencing, alterations to existing vehicular access, construction of field drain crossings and underground cabling, in accordance with Supplementary Environmental Information., reference number N/056/01036/14 and that the application is accompanied by an environmental impact assessment. SUPPLEMENTARY ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION RECEIVED. Members of the public may inspect copies of; − the application, − the plans, − the environmental impact assessment, − and other documents submitted with the application, at Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UP during all reasonable hours until 4th February 2015 Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental impact assessment from Tedder Hall, Manby Park, LOUTH, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UP so long as stocks last, at a charge of £470.00 and £15.00 for a copy of the CD and a copy of the Supplementary Environmental Information at a charge of £100.00 and £5.00 for a copy of the CD. In determining the application East Lindsey District Council will take into account any representations relating to the application which are received in writing. Your representation will be taken into account when the application is being dealt with, but it should be noted that such representation is open to public inspection and will appear on our website in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, even if marked Private and Confidential. The application will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.
