Publisher • Tom Kay/Main Street Marketing & Promotion Ventresss is suing Emmis and Grubbs for pain and suffering, “All the news that fits, we gits!” claming that the calls included death threats. She also says that she had a relationship of a sexual nature with Grubbs. Neither Java Joel Murphy has been fired from Clear Channel WKSC- Emmis nor WNOU has commented on the matter. FM/Chicago. The nighttime personality made a joke about adopting “three black kids” and “taking them to the zoo to see St. Louis 2004 Fall Book. There’s Infinity N/T KMOX and AC where they came from” on January 11. Only one listener called KEZK, and then the rest. KMOX-AM 11.5-11, KEZK-FM 6.2-7.8, to complain, but that was enough to send the 30-year old WIL-FM 5.6-5.5, KMJM-FM 5.5-5, KSD-FM 4.2-4.5, KSLZ-FM personality packing the very next day.

Introduction On or about April 4, 2005, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region V ("EPA"), issued an Administrative Order for Remedial Action (Docket No. V-W-'05-C-812) (the "Order" or "Unilateral Order") to Viacom Inc. ("Viacom") and United Technologies Corporation on behalf of Lear Corporation Automotive Systems ("UTC") (collectively, "Respondents"), directing those parties to implement the approved remedial design for the Little Mississinewa Site in Union , City, Indiana (the "Site"). The purposes of this letter are: (1) to advise EPA, pursuant to Section XXIV of the Order, of Respondents' intention to comply with the terms of the Order to the extent such compliance is required under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act ("CERCLA"), 42 U.S.C. §§9601, et seq., and its implementing regulations, namely the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan ("NCP"), 40 C.F.R. Part 300; and (2) to outline several objections and defenses that Respondents have to the Order, as issued. II. The Commission has before it for consideration the applications to transfer control of the CBS Corporation (“CBS”) and its various licensee subsidiaries to Viacom, Inc. (“Viacom”).1 Petitions to deny the applications were filed by the American Cable Association (“ACA”), the National Black Media Coalition (“NBMC”), the WEYS Television Corporation (“WEYS”), and a group of petitioners objecting to certain broadcasts made by Howard Stern (“the Stern Petitioners”).2 In addition, the A.H. Belo Corporation (“Belo”) filed a letter opposing the applications after the petition to deny period had expired.3 1 A complete list of the applications filed and the licenses to be transferred is attached as Exhibit A. 2 CBS and Viacom argued that the various petitioners do not have standing.
