Each vacancy at the Employment Unit, including upper-level category openings, is posted on the sites of organizations that are members of the Periodically DirectEmployers Association Job Syndication Alliance. Members of the DirectEmployers Entercom St. 2 throughout the Alliance include organizations whose membership includes participation of EEO Coordinator Association Louis year women and minorities, veterans and military families, government agencies, as well as other job candidates that might not be aware of employment opportunities in broadcasting. Entercom St. Louis participates in the University of Missouri School of Journalism Fellowship Program, providing $5,700 financial support and training opportunities for students interested in pursuing reporting and Program Directors Periodically newsroom management. Under the supervision of the University, student News Director Entercom St. 3 Scholarship Program Through the fellows have the opportunity to report on news from the University as well as On-Air Talent Louis Year the State Capital, Jefferson City. The University of Missouri’s Journalism Sales Managers School is one of the most prestigious journalism schools in the country and the Digital Content Manager Employment Unit has developed a strong relationship with the school in order to assist students interested in pursuing careers in broadcasting.

VIVID+ is a student-run business operating as a digital marketing company. Parkway The workshop coordinator invited Account Managers in Sales and Marketing 4 VIVID+ Workshop 10/19/18 West High Account Executive to facilitate a workshop on the account management process, logo/branding, School marketing strategy, and more.

10/23/18 Rockwood School District asked us to host a Career Exploration for students Producers 10/24/18 Entercom St. 5 Career Exploration interested in Broadcast Journalism. Six students came in to shadow various On-Air Talent 10/25/18 Louis departments/stations of broadcast journalism over a period of 4 days. News Director 10/30/18

Local St. Louis Girl Scouts Troop came for a radio tour to complete one of Girl Scouts of America Entercom St. 6 11/20/2018 their badges. They met with on-air talent about being on the radio and On-Air Talent Radio Tour Louis completed a tour of the various stations and departments.

10/24/2018 Entercom St. Louis participated in Job Shadow opportunities for upper class 11/20/2018 Job Shadow Entercom St. high school students and college students that are interested in a career in Producer 7 4/24/2019 Opportunities Louis broadcasting and media. The students were shown how Entercom works to Digital Content Manager 5/1/2019 be produced digital media, sales and advertising, and live radio broadcasting. 7/11/2019

East Alton- Entercom St. Louis participated in a Career Day event at a local high school. 8 EAWR Career Day 4/26/2019 Wood River Students were given the opportunity to ask questions related to various News Reporter High School careers and Employers spoke about their career duties and responsibilities.

Entercom St. Louis participated in the Job Fair and met with hundreds of St. Charles college students. The HR Coordinator handed out information about available St. Charles Community 9 5/3/2019 Community job openings. They also referred potential candidates to HR Coordinator College Job Fair 2019 College Entercom.com/careers and answered questions about opportunities at Entercom. Entercom St. Louis participated in the Job Fair and met with hundreds of Congressman Wm. Lacy Harris-Stowe college students. The HR Coordinator handed out information about available Clay, 1st District MO 14th HR Coordinator 10 6/3/2019 State job openings. They also referred potential candidates to Annual Congressional University Entercom.com/careers and answered questions about opportunities at Career Fair Entercom.

Webster University- School of Communications is offering a Sports SPTC 2000 Sports Fall Semester Webster Announcing course on Monday and Wednesdays during their Fall Semester. 11 Sports Reporter Announcing Course 2019 University Sports staff with Entercom St. Louis is teaching this class through the full semester.

Entercom St. Louis participated in a local Career Day Event at Mehlville High Mehlville High School Mehlville High School. This event brought area professionals in to talk to students about their 12 9/27/2019 Digital Content Producer Career Day School career and answer questions they may have. Examples of videos and content for KMOX and other stations were shown and discussed.
