Zenyatta Stakes Breeders' Cup "Win and You're In" Challenge Race $200,000 Guaranteed (Grade II) FOR FILLIES AND MARES THREE YEARS OLD AND UPWARD By subscription of $100 each if made on or before Thursday September 17, 2020 or by supplementary nomination of $4,000 at time of entry. All horses shall pay $3,000 to enter, with $200,000 guaranteed. The winner to receive $120,000, $40,000 to second, $24,000 to third, $12,000 to fourth and $4,000 to fifth. Three-Year-Olds: 122 lbs. Older: 126 lbs. Non-winners of a Grade I at One Mile or Over Since October 1, 2019, allowed 2 lbs. Of a Grade II at One Mile or Over in 2020 or a Grade I at One Mile or Over in 2019, allowed 4 lbs. The Zenyatta Stakes has been selected as one of the Breeders' Cup "Win and You're In" Challenge Races. The nominated winner of the Zenyatta Stakes will be entitled to automatic entry into the 2020 running of the Breeders' Cup Distaff. The nominated winner will be entitled to have pre-entry and entry fees waived for the Breeders' Cup Distaff or will receive a credit equal to the Breeders' Cup distaff pre-entry and entry fee amount towards any other Breeders' Cup Championship race, and will be entitled to receive a travel stipend if traveling from a location outside the state of Kentucky. To be eligible for the 2020 Breeders' Cup Championships to be held at Keeneland on November 6 and November 7, 2020 all horses must be pre-entered by NOON (EST) at the designated pre-entry locations) on Monday, October 26, 2020. Winner must be Breeders' Cup nominated by pre-entry deadline to receive Challenge rewards. A trophy will be presented to the owner of the winner.
