COMMUNICATION WITH FEDERATIONS E-mails on a daily basis have been exchanged with Elista Office, FIDE Secretariat and National Federations, registering National Arbiters, clarifying the decisions of the previous FIDE Presidential Boards regarding the titles of FA and IA and giving information regarding the organization of FIDE Arbiters’ Seminars, as well as about the Arbiters’ Licenses and FIDE Regulations. C. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FA AND IA TITLE APPLICATIONS In the attached file there are the recommendations of the Arbiters’ Commission for the FA and IA title applications that have been submitted for approval by the 2018 FIDE PB in Bucharest, Romania. D. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ARBITERS’ CLASSIFICATION UPGRADES In the attached file there are the recommendations of the Arbiters’ Commission for the upgrades of the Arbiters’ classification that have been submitted for approval by the 2018 FIDE PB in Bucharest, Romania.
