COMMUNICATION WITH FEDERATIONS E-mails on a daily basis have been exchanged with Elista Office, FIDE Secretariat and National Federations, registering National Arbiters, clarifying the decisions of the previous FIDE Presidential Boards regarding the titles of FA and IA and giving information regarding the organization of FIDE Arbiters’ Seminars, as well as about the Arbiters’ Licenses and FIDE Regulations. This report serves as an update of the progress of the key programs of the Development Department from 2016-2018. Development Department Structure In 2017, the UWW Development Department went through a few changes in the staff members and the below structure was set up in agreement with the Development & Technical Assistance Commission. Furthermore, consultants and various experts, coaches, referees are appointed on a mission basis to assist the Development Department in delivering the programmes and courses.
