The adoption of these tools will make a way for more in our Dear Friendship Force Members, generation and future generations to experience the power of international friendship. These next steps will require the innovative thinking of all of us so that we may truly realize the potential of our mission. In 2018, Friendship Force made giant leaps forward in our programs, utilization of technology, and marketing efforts to promote the Friendship Force globally. Thanks to you and the 15,000 members that make up Friendship Force International, thousands have been Friendship Force modeled a fantastic new program involving youth and impacted by our stories of friendship. Development Department Structure In 2017, the UWW Development Department went through a few changes in the staff members and the below structure was set up in agreement with the Development & Technical Assistance Commission. Furthermore, consultants and various experts, coaches, referees are appointed on a mission basis to assist the Development Department in delivering the programmes and courses. Technical Assistance for Competitions (Elite Athletes) Technical Support for Competitions provides direct assistance for National Federations sending their athletes to important competitions, particularly continental and world championships.
