▪ SMS sent to beneficiary’s mobile to inform about installment ▪ Conversion of Jan-dhan accounts to KYC accounts ▪ Rs. 10,000 advance to each beneficiary to facilitate completion with arrangement for repayment (for non-KYC accounts, where 1st installment was Rs. 52,000) ▪ Beneficiary Orientation organised regularly to sensitize the beneficiaries on various aspects on PMAY-G ▪ Cheque payment to suppliers permitted during demonitization. Gariaband started using Digipay to make digital payments for PMAY-G beneficiaries ▪ This helped PMAY-G beneficiaries and VLE also earned 0.5 per cent per transaction 10 House completed though digital payment Chhattisgarh – Approaches to enhance Performance Implementation ▪ Breaking down the Target – ❖ Target 1 Lakh - Deepavali, 2017 - Grih Pravesh celebration ❖ Target 2 Lakh – 31st December, 2017 ❖ Target 3.22 Lakhs – 31st March, 2018 ❖ This led districts to compete with each other for completion. ▪ Deepavali – Diwali celebration, sent greeting cards to beneficiaries with message from CM & Minister ▪ Awaas Diwas – celebrated on 20th November, 2017 and will continue to be held every year. ▪ Awaas Mela – fair at GPs having more than 100 houses, (Dhamtari - Colour Model displayed, Exhibition cum shops) ▪ Felicitating most beautiful house of Gram Panchayat with ceiling fan and LED light to encourage beneficiary. 17 Chhattisgarh – Approaches to enhance Performance Monitoring ▪ Collector’s Conference – PMAY-G is reviewed and discussed by Hon’ble Chief Minister as first and top priority agenda in the State. ▪ Through Whatsapp groups – State / district/ block / Gram Panchayat ▪ Daily MIS Reports shared in Whatsapp group having Collectors and CEO, ZP ▪ Daily High level Physical Reports, FTO status, Gap analysis shared with district level manpower, issues/challenges are discussed and resolved ▪ Districts share their best photos and feedback is given ▪ Weekly/Monthly video conference - every Wednesday with support staff and last Wednesday of month review of CEO, ZPs by ACS
