These buildings are grouped together on a site of about 2½ acres at the western end of the track adjoining the carparks. The principal building is the Grandstand constructed in 1980 at a cost of £750,000 which replaced the original structure which was demolished. Apart from this building and a new ambulance room and toilets in the carpark, the other buildings date from around 1970 and the balance pre-date these by some years.
