MATTERS FOR DECISION 4.1 Adoption of Annual Report 2019/2020 There was general discussion about the document and noted two wording changes to be made. RESOLUTION THAT Council: (a) Receives the report. Moved: Mayor C Mackle Seconded: Deputy-Mayor J Howden CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY The letter of representation was duly signed and sent to Audit New Zealand, and the signed Auditor’s Report was then received. (b) Adopts the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2020, subject to two changes: a. Page 20 - footpaths and streetlights, in the table under comments, carried over to 2019/2020 – change to 2020/2021 b. Page 122 – note 27 remuneration in the paragraph above the table Councillor Vicki Gulleford’s name is spelled wrong (Vicky changes to Vicki) Moved: Councillor L Bond Seconded: Councillor V Gulleford CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY There being no further business, the meeting closed at 10.52am.
