Bahasa dalam kehidupan manusia merupakan suatu kebutuhan dasar sebagaimana halnya dengan bernafas, makan, minum, dan kegiatan lainnya yang bersifat alamiah. Bahasa tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Pergeseran Bahasa kadang-kadang mengakibatkan kepunahan Bahasa. Hal ini terjadi manakala guyub bergeser ke bahasa baru secara total sehingga bahasa terdahulu jarang di pakai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pergeseran bahasa daerah Muna pada masyarakat Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap pergeseran bahasa daerah Muna pada masyarakat Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Informan ditentukan secara purposive sampling, berdasarkan karakteristik informan yang telah ditetapkan yaitu pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, masyarakat desa. Teknik pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik waktu. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga cara yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahasa daerah Muna desa Balobone dikalangan remaja dan anak-anak hampir dalam setiap berkomunikasi tidak menggunakan bahasa daerah baik lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, maupun lingkungan pendidikan, mereka mayoritas menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sehingga kaku berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa daerah karena ketidakbiasaan. Kosa kata dalam bahasa daerah Muna masyarakat Mawasangka desa Balobone banyak yang mengalami pergeseran atau penyerapan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, dalam bertutur masyarakat terpengaruh oleh kata-kata dari penutur sebelumnya yang menghasilkan kata-kata baru, dan merasa nyaman dalam bertutur. Language in human life is a basic need as well as breathing, eating, drinking, and other natural activities. Language cannot be separated from human life. Language Shift sometimes results in Language extinction. This happens when guyub completely shifts to a new language so that the previous language is less used. The purpose of this study is to shift the regional language of Muna in the Mawasangka community of Central Buton Regency. This type of research uses a case study approach that aims to reveal the shift in the Muna regional language in the Mawasangka community of Central Buton Regency. Informants are determined by purposive sampling, based on the characteristics of the informants who have been determined, namely the village government, community leaders, and village communities. Data collection techniques, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion. Meanwhile, the data validity technique used source triangulation and time technique. Collecting data in this study using three ways, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate the local language of Muna, Balo Bone village among adolescents and children, almost every time they communicate they do not use regional languages, both family, community, and educational environments, they mostly use Indonesian so they are stiff communicating using regional languages because of unfamiliarity. Many of the vocabulary in the Muna regional language of the people of Mawasangka, Balo Bone village, have experienced a shift or absorption into Indonesian, in speaking the community is influenced by the words of previous speakers which produce new words, and feel comfortable in speaking. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The result of analysis shows that service quality in the perspective of ethnic Gu-Lakudo traders is; honest in the services provision, indulgent in services providing, giving pleasant in service, and delivery service quickly. Therefore, it is relatively easy for farmers to adopt its technical cultivation. Moreover, 80% of fishery products in Southeast Sulawesi are seaweed commodities. This study was to know the income of seaweed in Southeast Sulawesi and the coping strategy of climate change effect. Materials and Methods: This research was carried out from September-December, 2019 in Regency of Central Buton and Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. There were 311 farmers selected by simple random sampling. Primary data was collected through direct face to face interviews guided by questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from documentary observation from related institutions. This was then analyzed descriptively. Results: The result revealed that the average income of seaweed farmers is approximately IDR 8,566,000 for each production season. Moreover, in conforming climate change, farmers had been prepared with superior and qualified seed and strong construction stretch which was relatively safe for deeper waters. At the same time, they also had livelihood alternatives.

The results showed that the efforts made to address the gap in the arrangement and distribution of primary school teachers in the Central Buton Regency took a policy step by recruiting non-civil servant educators.

The Spelman Strait coastal reef fishery has also contributed to both domestic and global markets. During the Covid-19 pandemic, supply chain ended forever. This created problems for small-scale fishermen and local collectors. The aim of this study is how the supply chain of coral fisheries before and during the Covid-19 pandemic is and how involved local government is. The findings were collected before and after the Covid-19 outbreak. Local government action hasn't made a real impact yet. Abstract Coral reefs has an important function of reef fish. Several symptoms of reef overfishing have been observed in the Spelman Strait coastal waters and they include decreasing live coral cover and catch, deeper fishing ground and destructive fishing. This study was conducted to assess the reef fisheries management status and efforts in the Spelman Strait coastal waters. The research was conducted in Central Buton Regency on November 2018 - October 2019. Both EAFM and FGD Tools were applied for assessment using Microsoft Excel. The results show approximately 48.4 EAFM has been implemented in the area while Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with stakeholders reported the community jointly formed an institution to save reef fisheries and this involved the inclusion of religious leaders (ustadz/ustadzah) in management efforts. The formation of strong institutions involving all the components of society such as community, religious, traditional leaders and youth leaders, academics, government and other stakeholders is recommended to solve this problem. The coral reefs in the coastal waters of the Spelman Strait are experiencing continuous environmental degradation due to exploitation by fishermen. This study, therefore, aims to identify the target fish catch based on the fishing season using local, domestic, and international reef marketing systems. This research was conducted from January to April (west monsoon season) and May to November 2019 (east monsoon season). The results showed that Lutjanidae (6 species), Serranidae (8 species), Prettodidae (1 species), Haemulidae (1 species), Caesionidae (1 species), Ostraciidae (1 species), Mullidae (6 species), Labridae (2 species), Siganidae (3 species), Holocentridae (1 species), Lethrinidae (7 species ), Symphysanodontidae (1 species), Chaetodontidae (1 species), Platycephalidae (1 species) and Nemipteridae (3 species) are the identified genera of fishes found in coastal waters of the Spelman Strait. During the west monsoon season, fishermen use the hook sizes numbered 5 and 8 to catch a large size fishes of the Serranidae and Lutjanidae families, and in the east monsoon season, hook sizes of 15, 16, 17 are utilized for catching small fish species.
