Recognizing Eloy Vega, City of Laredo Fire Department Public Information Officer, for his heroic CPR response to a 4 year old boy found unconscious in a pool Thursday, March 26, 2009. CPR training is of up most importance in everyone lives. b. Recognizing the First United Methodist Church of McKinney, Texas for their volunteer work and re-construction of a fence along Ejido St. in South Laredo. Citizen comments Citizens are required to fill out a witness card and identify themselves at the microphone. Comments should be relevant to City business and delivered in a professional manner.
