WELCOME Welcome to the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship! We look forward to hosting you on Wednesday, July 12 for the McCormick Championship Pro-Am. Please review this document as it contains important information regarding registration for the day and events leading up to the McCormick Championship Pro-Am.

HANDICAP INFORMATION MCCORMICK CHAMPIONSHIP PRO-AM SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Each contestant is asked for handicap or index information on the Pro-Am The McCormick Championship Pro-Am will be hosted at entry form. Because the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship is a Caves Valley Golf Club PGA TOUR Champions sanctioned event, championship staff must verify the 2910 Blendon Rd given handicap/index. This will be accomplished one of the following ways: Owings Mills, MD 21117 • Checking the GHIN number or a website index calculator • Confirming a handicap with the golf club designated on the entry form Morning Competition • Confirming with the golf professional who signs the form 5:30am –9:00am Registration – Caves Valley Clubhouse • Providing the championship staff with copies of scorecards from the 6:00am –10:00am Breakfast – Caves Valley Clubhouse last six (6) rounds played 6:00am Practice Range and Putting Green Open 7:00am – 9:00am Tee Times* We must be able to verify a handicap by the stated procedures in order 10:30am – 2:30pm Lunch and Awards Reception for you to compete with a full handicap. Afternoon Competition 10:00am–2:00pm Registration – Caves Valley Clubhouse PRO-AM PAIRINGS PARTY 10:00am Practice Range and Putting Green Open The Pairings Party for the McCormick Championship Pro-Am will be held 10:30am–2:30pm Lunch – Caves Valley Clubhouse at the Legg Mason Tower in Harbor East, Baltimore from 6:00 – 9:00 Noon–2:00pm Tee Times* pm on Tuesday, July 11. The Pro-Am Pairings Party invitation allows you 4:30pm –7:30pm Heavy hors d’oeuvres and Awards Reception and a guest to attend. Dress for the party is resort casual. Heavy hors – Caves Valley Clubhouse d’oeuvres and a full open bar will be provided. *Denotes approximate tee times – subject to change At the Pairings Party, you will be notified of your Wednesday tee time and will be paired with a professional. Since this is a live pairing, we (Final tee times will be revealed Tuesday evening at the pairings party) are unable to provide tee times before this date. If you do not attend the Pairings Party, the pairings will be emailed to all participants after PRO-AM AWARDS the party. The Pro-Am Awards Reception will be held immediately following the conclusion of each competition at the Clubhouse.
