If you have any problems with finding this date, please look for the copy of e-mail confirming placing and accepting the order or leave this field blank and we shall fill it for you. 7. There are restrictions placed on individual fields that do not allow to enter more characters than it has been previously set. However, the limits are reasonably set, so there should not be any problems with that. If you need to enter more characters, please print a blank Agreement form and fill it in by hand. 8. Each of the representatives of the Buyer shall put his initials at the bottom of the first page. The second page shall include the signatures and the company seal in the indicated places. If you do not have a company seal, please enter ”I do not have a company seal” or ”We do not have a company seal” in the company seal field. The Agreement should be signed with the date of its actual signing, not with the date of filling in the form from the http://www.idosell.com/order.phtml website. 9. The Agreement shall be signed in accordance with the position in the company. If the Buyer acts as: ◦ a sole proprietorship – the signature of the proprietor is required, ◦ a civil law partnership – the signatures of all the partners are required, ◦ a commercial company (a general partnership, a limited partnership, a limited liability company, a joint-stock company, an European company) - the signature in accordance with the proper representation in the Register of Companies is required. 10. If the Agreement is signed by a person authorized to conclude Agreements and manage affairs on behalf of the Buyer, sending a copy of such a power of attorney along with the registration documents is required. 11. If the Buyer signs the Agreement in a wrong way, he will be called on by the IAI to provide the missing signatures, and the IAI can act as if the Agreement has not been sent. 12.
