1988-92 Special Projects Manager, Telecom Equipment Corporation Responsibilities: Design and implement in-house training programs, develop national customer service programs, evaluate international markets, assess and design workplace for safety and efficiency, phone system engineering, evaluate continuing education programs, design, and host National and International trade shows (Germany, Mexico), forensic accounting, and other duties. Co-developed company from startup to 35 employees and 105 contractors nationwide. Company successfully sold in 1992.
