Covenantal goods exist wherever human relationships are structured … around collective belonging and shared responsibility, around, in other words, the principle of ‘All Israel are responsible for one another.’” What are we doing as a congregation to enact this principle? In this sense of cooperation that Rabbi Sacks is speaking of there is no hierarchy and distinction between people attached to the community - we are ALL responsible for one another and should all be shown care and love.
