WHEN AND WHERE IS THE PURPOSE WORLD TOUR?

Justin Bieber is scheduled at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday 15th March. ANZ Stadium is located in Olympic Park, 17kms west of CBD.

WHAT ARE THE KEY TIMINGS?

• 5:00pm: Gates Open • 6:15pm: Support Act 1 – Sheppard • 7:00pm: Support Act 2 – • 8:15pm: Justin Bieber commences (approx.) • 10:15pm: Justin Bieber concludes (approx.)

HOW DO I GET TO THE JUSTIN BIEBER CONCERT?

ANZ Stadium strongly recommends public transport as the most time-efficient way of getting to and from the event. You should plan ahead and allow additional travel time for your journey and arrive early.

With a large crowd expected & peak hour traffic, concert goers should leave the car at home and take advantage of the additional and direct trains running to and from Sydney Olympic Park.

For those who plan to drive, pre-booking your parking space is essential to guarantee your spot. It is strongly recommend to arrive early.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Tickets for the Justin Bieber ‘Purpose World Tour’ include entry and return travel on Sydney Trains services, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses and regular Sydney Buses (STA) services, Sydney Ferries and Light Rail services.

Concert goers are urged to leave the car at home and take advantage of the additional and direct public transport services available for the event. It is strongly recommend to arrive early, to allow time to park your car and find your seat to ensure you don’t miss a minute of the concert.

PARKING

Those driving should allow plenty of time to get to Sydney Olympic Park, find a parking space and get to their seat for the event.

Drivers should pre-book parking to guarantee their parking spot for the event.

For those who plan to drive, pre-booking your parking space is essential. You can pre-book parking via:

ANZ Stadium is easily accessible from all directions by motorway or major arterial roads. If you do decide to drive, he below routes are advised and can help minimize traffic issues:

 From the NORTH: Through Top Ryde, take Victoria Rd and then Silverwater Rd and Holker Street to Sydney Olympic Park;  From the SOUTH: Turn onto Parramatta Road then Hill Road to Sydney Olympic Park;  From the EAST: Take Parramatta Road then Birnie Avenue or Hill Road. If you are driving along Victoria Road, consider taking Silverwater Road then Holker Street.  From the WEST: Turn onto Silverwater Road then Holker Street or turn onto Hill Road, and then to Sydney Olympic Park.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY TICKET?

Call Ticketek on 132 869 for information on lost or stolen tickets.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY TICKETS FROM SCALPERS?

No. You risk wasting your money on a ticket that is liable to be invalid. Re-selling tickets above face value is a breach of the Conditions of Sale.

WILL THE CONCERTS STILL GO AHEAD IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?

Advice from the concert promoter is that the concerts will still go ahead – rain, hail or shine. This would only change if artist or public safety becomes an issue.

WHAT STAFF WILL BE ON HAND TO ASSIST?

NSW Police, Security and Customer Service staff will be on-site throughout the night to assist you.

Please ensure you behave in an appropriate manner, which allows everyone to enjoy the show. The Stadium reserves the right to remove anyone from the venue who causes a disturbance, or refuses to comply with requests by Police, Security or Stadium Staff.

I HAVE AN ARENA FLOOR RESERVED SEATING TICKET. IS THERE ANY SPECIAL INFORMATION THAT I NEED TO KNOW?

Entry process  All arena patrons will receive a wristband on entry which must be worn at all times.  The arena seating area is fully reserved.  The entry process to the arena will be determined by the promoter on the day.  Please follow the direction of Stadium Staff for entry onto the arena in an orderly and safe manner (no running!).

Amenities  Toilets, soft drinks and water will be available to patrons ticketed to the arena floor.  Arena floor patrons will also have access to the Stadium’s permanent toilet and food and beverage facilities (including bars) and merchandise on the Level 1 concourse.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK CAN I CARRY INTO THE SHOW?

 Patrons are permitted to bring small amounts of food and drink (excluding alcohol) into ANZ Stadium.  As a guide, personal belongings, including food and drink for personal use, should be contained in a small day pack.  Plastic bottles brought into the Stadium or purchased at Stadium outlets will need to have their tops removed prior to entering the arena

CAN I TAKE AN UMBRELLA INTO THE STADIUM?

Umbrellas are not permitted onto the arena.

Umbrellas are permitted into the seating bowl. However, patrons should refrain from putting these up and obstructing the view of others.

Make sure you bring a raincoat, spray jacket or poncho if the weather is not looking great.

WILL I BE ABLE TO CLOAK PERSONAL ITEMS AT THE STADIUM?

A limited cloaking service will be available for small items only. We recommend you leave bags and other large items at home so you don’t get held up coming into the Stadium.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

The following items are prohibited:  Backpacks, large bags or eskies are not permitted (small bags are permitted but limited in size to 30cm x 40cm)  Glass or cans  Alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs  Laser pointers / flashlights  Flares / Fireworks  Knives, tasers, mace or other dangerous weapons  Flag poles or banners  Scooters, roller skates, skateboards and push bikes  Any item / action deemed to challenge public safety  Cameras (with detachable lenses or long angle lenses), Go Pro cameras, IPads, video / DVD recorders, or audio recording equipment used for professional purposes are strictly prohibited.  Tripods/monopods are also not permitted inside the venue.

The following items are prohibited on the arena floor:  Umbrellas are not permitted  Chairs, eskies and other oversized objects are not permitted  Plastic bottles brought into the Stadium or purchased at Stadium outlets will need to have their tops removed prior to entering the arena

WILL MY BAG BE CHECKED?

Yes. Security checks may be carried out on bags. To help avoid delays, it’s best to leave your bag at home if you can.

WILL OTHER PATRON SECURITY CHECKS BE CONDUCTED?

Security staff may ask patrons to submit to a pat-down search to ensure illegal or prohibited items are not brought into the venue. Refusal by a patron to comply with a search request may result in the patron not being admitted into the Stadium for the concert.

WHAT FOOD & BEVERAGE CAN I PURCHASE INSIDE ANZ STADIUM?

ANZ Stadium has a variety of retail food and beverage outlets available throughout the Stadium, offering a wide selection of products.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL AVAILABLE AT THE JUSTIN BIEBER CONCERT?

Yes. ANZ Stadium is a licensed premise and serves alcohol during events.

All persons entering ANZ Stadium are advised that:  They are entering licensed premises;  Intoxicated or drug affected persons will not be permitted to enter;  Persons in possession of liquor or illicit drugs will not be permitted to enter;  Checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing liquor or illicit drugs from entering;  Intoxicated and drug affected persons will be removed from the premises;  It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume liquor;  It is an offence to purchase liquor for (or supply liquor to) minors or intoxicated persons;  Persons supplying liquor to minors or to intoxicated persons will be reported to the Police and penalties apply under the Liquor Act 2007.

CAN I BUY OFFICIAL JUSTIN BIEBER MERCHANDISE AT THE CONCERT?

Official merchandise can be purchased from merchandise outlets inside and outside ANZ Stadium.

There is no merchandise outlet on the arena. Arena patrons are encouraged to purchase at the external outlets or outlets on Level 1.

DANCING AND SINGING – WHAT’S HOT, WHAT’S NOT?

Dancing and singing are considered to be normal and reasonable behaviour at the concerts, subject to the following:  no standing on seats  no standing in aisles  no jumping from seats  no sitting on the shoulders of other patrons  no crowd surfing  no heavy moshing  no slam dancing  no offensive language  be considerate of fellow patrons

IS THE STADIUM A SMOKE FREE VENUE?

Yes. Smoking on the arena, in the seating bowl and other public areas of the Stadium is not permitted. Designated smoking areas are available. For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see an ANZ Stadium staff member.

IS THERE A SECURITY ASSISTANCE SMS NUMBER IN OPERATION?

Yes. ANZ Stadium offers an SMS service for patrons who require assistance or are experiencing anti-social behavior. Patrons can SMS 0419 403 360 with their seating details and the nature of the issue and staff will be sent to assist.

WILL THERE BE CASH FACILITIES AVAILABLE?

Limited ATMs are available outside the venue and inside the Stadium. To avoid queues, patrons are encouraged to visit an ATM before coming to the event.

WILL THERE BE FIRST AID FACILITIES AT THE CONCERT?

Yes. Medical crews will be present inside the Stadium to attend to any problems, no matter how big or small. Please see Stadium staff for assistance.

WILL PASS-OUTS BE AVAILABLE AT THE CONCERT?

No. Pass-outs will not be permitted once you are inside ANZ Stadium.
